The marketplace fee is charged to members organizations when they hire a consultant. It is calculated as a percentage of the consultant cost (consultant's daily rate x # of days). The marketplace fee is calculated based on the total cost of all completed consultancies on a monthly or quarterly basis and invoiced to your organization.
Like most of the leading marketplaces we use a dynamic fee which is calculated based on a variety of market factors including:
Supply and demand market conditions: In low demand fees are lower, in high demand fees are higher.
Annual LOE per member organization: the more LOE an organization uses, the lower their fee will become.
